We're a long way short of top 4
A consistent top 10 or higher, without fear of relegation, playing good football, a decent push in the cup, would be a great start
I think Pellegrini knows what he's doing & his signings so far look decent but it will take time for the team to gel. Maybe a season or so

first game against the scouse we'll have a completely new outfit and their german cheerleader will have to figure us out without his number 2 (the brains of the outfit) for the first time in his recent career.

Not expecting to four, but think there's a possibility we could surprise a few people this year like we did in Bilic's first season.
Quality manager installed.
Signings brought in early and given the chance to settle whilst other clubs have barely started
Not many of our players were at the world cup, and those that were didn't get very far.

I think Emery and Sarri will find it tough to adapt to the PL initially. Spurs will be knackered and new ground etc etc.
